Client. Agency. Idea.

The Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) pairs up with an advertising agency every year to create promotional videos and print ads for their annual award ceremony. In 2014, Leo Burnett created a multi-platform campaign of stunning imagery and video. It involved larger objects taken apart to show the dozens if not thousands of tiny pieces, representing the collaboration between agency and client coming together to create a beautiful final product. This low budget project required production to be as hands on as possible - scouring the city for suitable props and painstakingly dismantling every nut and bolt. We then put our minds together and found creative ways of suspending all these elements in space, positioning them at the same angles so compositing all elements in post would be possible.
